A workshop was held in Muthayammal Colloge of Arts and Science College, Rasipuram Namakkal (Dt) on 29-07-2022. The workshop , hosted by Mrs.Lakshmi Vairamani , Project Manager-AI, RedMind Technologies, Vennandur Namakkal(Dt). The workshop successfully harnessed the enthusiasm and experience of participants and reached a wide-ranging consensus.

Chatbots have emerged as a hot topic in the latest years, and it is used by numerous companies in various areas-help desk tools, automatic telephone answering systems, e-commerce, and so on. Using Dialogflow the chatbot creation was learned by the students.
