A workshop was held in Muthayammal Colloge of Arts and Science College, Rasipuram Namakkal (Dt) on 29-07-2022. The workshop, led by Mrs. Lakshmi Vairamani, Project Manager-AI at RedMind Technologies, successfully engaged participants and reached a consensus. Chatbots have emerged as a hot topic in the latest years, and it is used by numerous companies in various areas-help desk tools, automatic telephone answering systems, e-commerce, and so on.
